Airbnb turnover
Guest-ready between stays. Sheets and towels washed, supplies restocked, and the inside of the fridge, oven and appliances cleaned — in the same time as a regular clean.

Which areas do you serve?
We clean homes in Barrie and the surrounding area. Not sure if you're in range? Send us a message and we'll let you know.
Are you insured?
Yes. Wellnest Cleaning carries liability insurance and is bonded, so your home and belongings are covered while we are working in them.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
It's up to you. Many clients are at work while we clean and arrange access ahead of time. Whatever you're most comfortable with works for us.
Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rentals?
Yes. A turnover includes washing sheets and towels, restocking supplies, and cleaning inside the fridge, oven and appliances. Owners provide the supplies and linens; we handle everything else.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Yes — we arrive with everything needed for the job. If you'd prefer we use specific products in your home, just let us know before your appointment.
How does the $35 an hour work with a team?
The rate is $35 per hour for each cleaner. We usually work in a team of two, so the hourly cost is $70 — but two people finish in about half the time, so the total you pay works out the same as one cleaner taking twice as long. You just get your home back sooner. If you would rather have a single cleaner for longer, tell us and we will arrange it.
Is a recurring clean cheaper than a one-time?
No — the rate is the same whether you book once or every week, and there is no contract. If you recommend us to friends or family, your next clean is 10% off once they book theirs.
How do I pay?
You'll receive an invoice after the clean with the payment options we accept. Nothing is charged when you book.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Get in touch as early as you can and we'll find a new time that works.
